1. Returns: If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the return package.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Clearance Items: Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
