I am a daughter, sister, wife and mother of two, who was finally diagnosed in 2015 as a Coeliac, with Irritable Bowel Syndrome too!
Since then I have been on a nutrition quest for myself, my family and friends.
My mission is to seek out alternative, nutritious, delicious, easy to prepare, whole foods, no refined sugars, without gluten and low fodmap compliant.
