She is a clinically diagnosed Coeliac who also has Irritable Bowel Syndrome, she is not a Doctor, Nutritionalist or Healthcare Professional of any kind, she just decided there had to be a better way to nourish heself and her family. She chose to create using Wholefood, without refined sugar, Gluten Free and Low Fodmap compliant.
